How affiliate links work
When a software company runs an affiliate program, I can link to its site with a special link. If you click that link and buy, the company may pay me a referral fee. The price you pay is set by the company and is the same with or without the link.
What the fee does not change
The score is set from the checklist before I check whether a fee is on offer. A product that pays nothing is reviewed the same way as one that pays. Every review lists what does not work, including for products that pay well.
What I do not do
- I do not take payment for a review or for a higher score.
- I do not run sponsored posts or paid placements.
- I do not show companies a review before it is published.
Other income
At the time of writing, synthbid shows no display ads. If that changes, this page and the Privacy Policy will say so.
